Friday, January 28th | 10AM – 1PM PST | $40
As we emerge from a time of uncertainty, isolation and disorientation, let’s begin the New Year by opening a space for creative dialog with your deeper dreams and visions. In this workshop, you will use the Tamalpa Life/Art practices of movement, drawing and writing as you step out of your daily routine to create possibilities for growth and expansion. With the support of the group container, you will have the opportunity to reflect on the obstacles that block you, the situations that challenge you, and embody the postures and dances that want to arise. You will leave with tools to bring into your life, including creative exercises and concrete action steps to nurture artistic expression and aliveness throughout the coming new year.
Please note: Tamalpa does not record nor permit the recording of any classes or workshops due to the sensitive and sometimes vulnerable nature of the work, and to protect student privacy.
