Online Workshop: Moving Through Grief with Adriana Marchione

Friday, June 7th | 10am-1pm Pacific Time | $80

Join Expressive Arts Therapist, Tamalpa Supervisor and Creative Mentor Adriana Marchione for a special opportunity to explore healing from grief in this Master Class. Using a life/art approach, we will draw, dance and find rituals to honor the losses we have sustained and explore how the arts can support those who are moving through grief.

Offering a compassionate lens, this class will share:

– Vital resources to restore emotional and physical balance through somatic and expressive arts practices

– Ways to empower oneself to creatively vision the new phase of life that comes from transition

To get the most out of this online workshop, please prepare a comfortable space to move in with access to your online device. Also, have art supplies ready at hand for the drawing activity and paper and pen for journaling and creative writing exercises.

Please note: Tamalpa does not record nor permit the recording of any classes or workshops due to the sensitive and sometimes vulnerable nature of the work, and to protect student privacy.
