Begin the New Year by opening a space for creative dialog with your deeper dreams and visions. In this workshop, you will use the Tamalpa Life/Art practices of movement, drawing and writing as you step out of your daily routine to create possibilities for growth and expansion. With the support of the group container, you will have the opportunity to reflect on the obstacles that block you, the situations that challenge you, and embody the postures and dances that want to emerge. You will leave with tools to bring into your life, including creative exercises and concrete action steps to nurture artistic expression throughout the coming new year.
