This introductory workshop invites you to explore movement and dance as an expressive, creative practice that centers on sensation, imagination, and connection.

In the midst of ongoing change, embodied creative practices can restore vitality, presence, and our sense of interrelatedness. Our explorations include Integrative Dance inspired by Anna Halprin’s movement approach and the vibrant tools of the Life-Art Process.

This workshop welcomes diverse lived experiences, rooted in care and curiosity.

No dance or art experience required. Please have a comfortable space to move and drawing/art materials on hand.

*NOTE: Drawing material paper, craypas, and a journal are required for participation! This is a must for these classes.

To get the most out of these online classes, please prepare a comfortable space to move in with access to your online device and reliable internet service.
