Work with experiential astrologer and Tamalpa Life Art® Practitioner Sarah-Luella Baker, through this eclipse season, to bury what is ready to be covered, uncover what is ready to be revealed, and recover the emotional responsiveness that is so needed in these times. Eclipses help us understand what needs to be released, and what wants to develop, specifically in relationship to lunar intelligence— the emotional body. Fall is connected to maturity, water, and the emotional body. We will interact with the internal and external waters to understand our sense of cyclic maturation and the movements of the Sun and the Moon.
Come as you are! Have a comfortable space to move and drawing and writing materials on hand.
To get the most out of this online class, please prepare a comfortable space to move in with access to your online device and reliable internet service. If you are using a handheld device, such as a pad or phone, please be sure to use a stand for your device so that it is held securely in place. You will want to have your hands free and be able to move freely and safely during movement exercises without worrying about your device falling. Also, have art supplies ready at hand for the drawing activity and paper and pen for journaling and creative writing exercises.
Workshops are for ages 18+ only and disability access is not provided.

Sarah-Luella Baker, RSMT/E, MFA, is a Tamalpa LifeArt® Practitioner, experiential astrologer, and transdisciplinary artist who has rejoiced in teaching and learning with others throughout a lifetime of collaborative work in communities of artists, families, and creative seekers. She is the founder of Heart Marrow, LLC, and an onboarding faculty member at the Hermes-Hestia Center. Major past projects include evening-length choreographic works and a decade-long venture into founding and directing a school for young children centered in the arts, nature, and social justice.

Upon payment you will be given access to register for the class series through Eventbrite and emailed instructions on how to receive your Zoom link for the class. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite, please email Workshops at Tamalpa immediately.
