What would our bodies say as we harvest the fruits of summer and transition towards resting and replenishing for the fall season?
In this workshop, we connect to nature’s cycles for creative inspiration. We move our bodies to harvest the bright abundance of summer and connect to the reflective season of fall.
Working with Anna Halprin’s Movement Ritual & Dance Explorations, we’ll tune in to bodily sensations, release unnecessary tension, and generate creative expression. We’ll explore movement cycles such as expanding and condensing, falling and rising, and other patterns to support us through seasonal changes.
Drawing and writing enrich and give voice to our physical, emotional, and imaginal experiences.
Open to all! Please have a comfortable space to move and drawing and writing materials on hand.
