4 Wednesdays, October 7 – 28, 10-11:30AM, PDT
From the safety of your home, discover new resources offered by imaginal allies in the natural world, including trees as well as creatures with fins, wings, and four legs.
Through the Tamalpa Life/Art tools of dance/movement, drawing, and poetic writing, we will drop into our bodily intelligence, activate our imaginations, and gain fresh perspectives from other, “more than human” species (as ecophilosopher David Abram calls them). Come be surprised and renewed, artfully!
Elisabeth Osgood-Campbell, MA, EdM, is a registered Expressive Arts Therapist who guides groups and individuals into the creative processes of their bodies and Nature. A faculty member of Tamalpa Institute and the Co-Chair of the Research and Publications Committee of the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA), she presents internationally on the impact of movement on self-regulation and learning/growth. elisabethosgood.com
